Our firm specializes in helping creative partnerships find clarity and cohesion. In working closely with the husband-and-wife team behind the interior design firm Of Prairies and the builder Tall Firs, our goal was to align their shared vision while honoring the distinct identities and legacies of each partner.

Through a thoughtful examination of each partner’s strengths and areas for growth, Kate Sullivan & Co. facilitated a series of conversations that led to the formation of a new, unified entity. While the new brand has not yet been revealed to the public, it now stands at the center of the duo’s creative and professional partnership.

With a strong foundation in place, the next step was growth—building out a team and developing processes to support the creative output of their new venture and scale with intention. Our collaboration with this partnership is ongoing.
