In working closely with the husband-and-wife team behind the interior design firm Of Prairies and the builder Tall Firs, our goal was to align their shared vision while honoring the distinct identities and legacies of each partner.

Through a thoughtful examination of each partner’s strengths and areas for growth, Kate Sullivan & Co. facilitated a series of conversations that led to the formation of a unified entity that stands at the center of the duo’s creative and professional partnership.

With a strong foundation in place, the next step was growth—Kate Sullivan & Co. made key hires and helped developed processes to support the design, renovation and go-to-market strategy for new a boutique hotel. The property is set to open Summer 2027 and our collaboration with this partnership is ongoing.
