About Kate
Kate cut her teeth in client service working globally for one of the largest marketing firms in the world. During her time in their London office, she earned a degree in interior design at the Chelsea College of Art and Design.
Kate parlayed her marketing and interiors experience in to a role at home retailer Rejuvenation where she lead the company’s brand marketing and creative teams.
In her most recent role as the Managing Director for Jessica Helgerson Interior Design, Kate gained a deeper understanding of the unique opportunities and challenges designers face in navigating the stewardship of their firms.
An entrepreneur at heart, Kate also founded the Portland Flea which has been a staple of Portland’s vintage shopping scene since 2011.
About Caitlin
Caitlin’s path into the design world began behind the scenes—supporting the creative process through strategic, people-first operations.
Before joining Kate Sullivan & Co, she worked with firms like Osmose Design, OpenStudio Collective, and JHL Design, where she eventually served as Director of Operations.
A lifelong creative with a background in psychology, Caitlin has carved out a niche serving as a translator between creative teams and business operations. She helps firms thrive through stronger systems, smarter finances, and sustainable growth.
